When providing these services, Superior enlists recruitment specialists to reviewing a jobseeker’s current resume and make recommendations. If there is no resume, Superior assists the candidate in creating one. Additionally, Superior can help applicants customize their resume for each job we present to them.
Following the initial resume review, Superior can work with jobseekers to either create or further develop their LinkedIn profile, in order to create a unified brand image in line with their resume.
With more than 30 branch offices across the U.S., Superior maintains numerous relationships with local networking groups and trade associations, which all aid in our recruiting efforts. Superior can put candidates in touch with these groups, in order to further their job seeking efforts.
Finally, to prepare for job interviews, Superior conducts practice interviews with candidates. We coach all applicants on interview techniques, styles and questions to ask. These interviews can include video recording, so the candidates can learn how their body language displays an image for them.
